Clothwright designs the concepts and artwork for our motivational apparel. Selected third-party production and fulfillment partners manufacture, print, pack, and ship products on our behalf, sometimes from outside the United States.
1. How fulfillment works
Some items are produced or allocated after an order is placed. Your order confirmation identifies the items ordered, delivery address, charges, and the shipment estimate available when you purchased. A fulfillment partner’s name may appear on the label or tracking record.
2. Processing and shipment timing
The product page, checkout, or order confirmation will provide the applicable estimated shipment or delivery window. We maintain a reasonable basis for that estimate using production capacity, supplier inventory, and carrier information. If we do not state a shipment timeframe, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order, as required by applicable U.S. law.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. Delivery estimates begin after any stated production or processing period and are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
3. Delays and your right to cancel
If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will send a delay notice with a revised date and explain your right to either consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a full and prompt refund. When the law requires affirmative consent for a further or indefinite delay, we will not treat silence as consent.
If we cancel because an item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected amount, including applicable shipping charges, to the original payment method. Store credit will not replace a refund required by law.
4. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. Contact support@clothwright.com if there is no movement for an unusual period or the carrier marks the package delivered but you cannot find it.
5. Split shipments
Products may be produced by different partners or at different facilities, so one order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order after checkout.
6. Address accuracy and changes
Review your address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after production or fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you about reshipment or refund options and may deduct actual, disclosed reshipping costs where permitted.
7. Lost, damaged, or incorrect packages
Report visible damage, an incorrect item, or a missing shipment promptly and preferably within 7 days after delivery or the expected delivery date. Include the order number and photographs when relevant. This reporting request helps us investigate and does not shorten any non-waivable legal right.
After review, we may replace the item, issue a refund, or pursue a carrier claim. Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we advise that they are no longer needed.
8. Origin, imports, and service area
Clothwright products may be manufactured or shipped from outside the United States. The product’s physical label identifies country of origin as required. For deliveries we offer to U.S. consumers, Clothwright or its contracted partner is responsible for arranging import and fulfillment; customers will not be asked to pay an import fee that was not disclosed before purchase.
We currently ship only to destinations offered at checkout. Orders cannot be delivered to countries or addresses excluded by carriers, sanctions, export controls, or other law.
