Clothwright is a creator-led clothing brand built around motivation, comfort, and wearable reminders. We design the concepts and artwork; qualified third parties manufacture and fulfill the physical products.
1. Original design
Clothwright’s creator develops the brand concepts, motivational messages, graphic arrangements, and original artwork unless a product expressly identifies a licensed collaboration. Purchase of a garment does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights in the design.
2. Third-party manufacturing and fulfillment
We do not claim that every product is manufactured in a Clothwright-owned facility. Production partners may cut, sew, print, embroider, finish, package, or ship products for us. Some products are made or finished after an order is placed. Partners and facilities may vary by product, availability, and delivery destination.
We remain the seller responsible for customer-facing order support. A production or logistics partner’s name may appear on a tracking page, package, or legally required label.
3. Fiber and material claims
Many Clothwright products are designed around cotton or cotton-blend fabrics selected for softness and everyday wear. “Cotton,” “100% cotton,” blend percentages, recycled content, organic claims, and similar statements apply only when shown for that specific product and supported by supplier documentation and the physical label.
The sewn-in label controls if a general collection description differs from a product-specific fiber disclosure. Trims, thread, decoration, and small components may use other materials where labeling law permits.
4. Country of origin and importer information
Country of origin varies. Each covered item will be marked with its country of origin and the identity of the manufacturer, importer, or other responsible business as required by U.S. law. We will not advertise an item as “Made in USA” unless the claim satisfies applicable standards.
Imported items may be manufactured, printed, assembled, or finished in more than one country. The legally determined country of origin shown on the garment or packaging is authoritative.
5. Care instructions
Follow the care label attached to the garment. Product-page suggestions are supplemental. Different fabrics, dyes, prints, and decorations may require different washing, drying, ironing, or dry-cleaning methods. Damage caused by care contrary to the label may not be a product defect.
6. Softness, weather, and intended use
Softness is a tactile preference and can change with washing, wear, fabric weight, and finish. Our pieces are intended for ordinary fashion and casual use across a range of everyday conditions when layered appropriately. Unless expressly certified and marketed for a particular purpose, they are not personal protective equipment, flame-resistant workwear, high-visibility safety wear, medical garments, or guaranteed protection against heat, cold, rain, wind, or other weather.
7. Natural and production variation
Color can vary by display, lighting, dye lot, and production batch. Print scale and placement may vary slightly, especially on different garment sizes. Measurements are approximate and reasonable manufacturing tolerances apply. These variations are not defects unless they materially depart from the description or quality standard.
8. Motivational themes
Messages on our clothing are creative expression intended to encourage reflection, confidence, persistence, or optimism. They do not promise a particular outcome and are not medical or mental-health treatment. If you need professional support, consult a qualified professional or appropriate emergency resource.
9. Supplier and claim controls
Before offering a product, Clothwright should retain supplier records supporting fiber content, origin, care, safety, and any environmental or ethical claim. We do not make broad “sustainable,” “ethical,” “non-toxic,” or labor-condition claims without specific, current substantiation.
