Clothwright extends the request process below to customers. Specific rights and response requirements depend on where you live and whether a law applies to Clothwright.
1. Available choices
- Know or access the personal information associated with you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Receive a portable copy where applicable.
- Opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable.
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional order messages.
- Receive nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
2. Submit a request
Email request
Send a request from the email associated with your account or order. Include your name, request type, state or country of residence, and relevant order number. Do not email a password, full payment number, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Email privacy@clothwright.comIf you already have an account, we may ask you to use it for secure verification. You do not need to create an account solely to make a request. You may also use an authorized agent where law permits.
3. Verification and response
We verify requests in proportion to the sensitivity of the information requested. We may match information you provide against account or order records, send a verification link, or request proof of an agent’s authority. Verification information is used only for the request.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain information needed to complete the request, prevent fraud, comply with law, complete a transaction, exercise legal rights, or maintain security. If we deny or limit a request, we will explain the reason where required.
4. Sale, sharing, and advertising
Clothwright does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We therefore do not currently maintain a separate advertising opt-out cookie. If this changes, we will update our notices and provide a conspicuous opt-out mechanism before the practice begins.
Where legally required, we recognize a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser that sends it.
5. Appeal and complaints
If a law gives you a right to appeal and we deny your request, reply to the decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general in your jurisdiction.
