Clothwright wants customers with disabilities to have meaningful access to our products, information, support, and checkout experience.
1. Our commitment
We work to identify and address accessibility barriers and to provide reasonable assistance or an alternative way to obtain information or complete a purchase when a barrier occurs.
2. Measures we take
- Use semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, form labels, and text alternatives for meaningful imagery.
- Maintain readable contrast, scalable text, responsive layouts, and reduced reliance on color alone.
- Review important shopping, account, cart, checkout, and policy flows.
- Include accessibility in design and development reviews and respond to reported barriers.
- Ask third-party providers to support accessible experiences and provide alternatives when practical.
3. Technical goal
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing goal. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party component fully conforms at all times. Technology and content change, and accessibility is an ongoing process.
4. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, email accessibility@clothwright.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered, and—only if you wish—the browser and assistive technology used.
We will acknowledge feedback and work toward a timely response. If email is not accessible for you, request an alternative contact method through customer support.
Launch item: add a monitored phone or other real-time support method and complete an accessibility audit before claiming WCAG conformance.
5. Third-party services
Payment, authentication, tracking, or other third-party interfaces may be controlled by their providers. We still want to hear about a barrier and will work with the provider or offer reasonable assistance where possible.
6. Review
This statement was last reviewed on September 20, 2026 and will be updated as our practices and testing change.
