This policy supplements the Clothwright Privacy Policy. “Cookies” below also includes comparable browser storage and identifiers where appropriate.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Local storage keeps data on a device for functions such as a persistent shopping bag. Pixels and software-development tools may transmit event information to a service provider. Some technology is set by Clothwright; other technology may be set by a provider acting for us.
2. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, authentication, cart, checkout, fraud prevention, network delivery, and privacy choices | Required for requested features; blocking may prevent the site from working |
| Preferences | Remember language, region, display, wishlist, or similar choices | May be controlled through browser or consent settings |
| Analytics | Measure visits, page performance, device type, and errors in aggregate | Used only with consent where required |
| Advertising | Measure campaigns or personalize ads across services | Not currently used for cross-context behavioral advertising; would require updated notice and controls |
3. Current storefront storage
The storefront may use browser local storage to remember the cart, wishlist, and a selected promotion; session storage to complete a payment-provider return; and an HTTP-only account cookie to maintain a signed-in session. A payment provider can set its own necessary fraud-prevention or checkout technology when you enter its hosted environment.
Before adding an analytics or advertising service, Clothwright should inventory each cookie or identifier, document its provider, purpose and duration, update this policy, and deploy any consent or opt-out tool required where the user lives.
4. Your choices
You can remove stored site data through browser settings. Blocking necessary technology can empty the cart, sign you out, or prevent checkout. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Where required, Clothwright will honor a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser sending it. Visit Your Privacy Choices for more information.
5. Do Not Track
Browsers may offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is no uniform industry response standard. We respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required, as described above.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when technology or legal requirements change. Email privacy@clothwright.com with questions.
